As Your Trip to Rock 'n' Soul, Please Check Here for Our Latest Safety Protocols
Whew! Things are better, but Rock 'n' Soul is keeping its eye on the latest health and safety recommendations and protocols. Before heading for Memphis or Rock 'n' Soul, please check back in case any protocols change. Just for everyone's health and saftey, we still recommend wearing masks, though don't require it. We will continue to practice some social distancing, though less strict than before. Please let us know if you ever feel at risk, and we will ensure that you and your party are handled with utmost social distancing and safety. For social distancing purposes, we may limit the number of guests in the lobby or in the Introductory Theater at one time. There are plenty of museum displays to explore, so guests are asked to maintain 6 feet separation from other guests (that's just polite). Customers are asked to not touch any surfaces within the museum (there’s really no need to!).
The Rock ‘n’ Soul experience comes with free audio guide headsets, packed with over 300 minutes of information and over100 incredible songs. Guests have the option to enjoy the museum experience without an audio guide. Every audio guide and headphone will be disinfected and re-racked to dry between every use. Guest’s have the option of bringing their own earbuds, if they prefer. The museum’s audio guides, including music, can also be enjoyed without headphones, simply by holding the unit within 6 inches of your ear.
Hand sanitizer will be available to guests at the entrance and exit, in the git shop and at the ticket counter. Bacterial free hand soap will be available in each restroom.
Man, we really need some feel good music, huh? That’s why the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum is glad to be hosting guests once again in a clean environment, and in an exhibit that Performing Songwriter Magazine said, “might be the single best exhibition of American music history in the country.” We hope you visit!
